Katy Perry: Fan Friendly in London

She’s a big deal these days, and Katy Perry was mobbed by fans as she tried to leave the Claridges Hotel in Central London today (September 3).

The “Hot N Cold” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she greeted her loyal following and even posed for some cell phone pictures before heading off.

Last night, Katy was over in the Mayfair district where she hung out at the Liberty of London in a snazzy navy blue polka-dotted dress.

In related news, Ms. Perry has declared she’s planning on having dual citizenship between the USA and England when she marries Russell Brand.

“When I get married next month, one of the first things I'll do is apply for dual citizenship. I'm not too sure if I have to take a test as I've not had time to look into it. But England is like my second home.”
