Refusing to put up with false advertising, Katherine Heigl is reportedly suing Duane Reade for $6 million, in response to the drug store chain tweeting a picture of the "Killers" starlet walking with Duane Reade bags, and using it to advertise.
The picture, taken by a paparazzo last month, features the 35-year-old blondie walking in the cold with her bags, with a caption that reads, "Love a quick #DuaneReade run? Even @KatieHeigl can’t resist shopping #NYC’s favorite drugstore."
