Kicking off the week with some retail therapy, Kate Moss was spotted out and about in London, England today (September 27).

Joined by her assistant Fiona, the British supermodel looked cool and casual in a black leather jacket, black scoopneck top, and dark wash jeans.

In related news, Kate is reportedly keen to have a baby with her fiancé Jamie Hince, giving her daughter Lila Grace a little sibling.

An insider tells, “Kate is taking supplements every day. Jamie suggested she take folic acid because of its benefits. Her pals have been teasing her that she's taking acid so openly, considering her reputation. There's been lots of speculation about Jamie and Kate getting married, what they want is to extend their family.”
