Kate Major Cited for Airplane Battery

She’s always been involved in controversy, and last night (November 6) Kate Major was arrested for beating up a passenger on her flight from Los Angeles to Tampa.

According to TMZ, the ex-girlfriend of Michael Lohan was flying first class on Delta when she allegedly battered someone after having too much to drink.

When she landed, the police took Kate into custody, issued her a citation for misdemeanor battery, and then released her around 2am.

Interestingly enough, Major was flying from LA to Tampa to request a restraining order against Michael Lohan for beating her up.
