She’s always been easy on the eyes, but it seems Kate Hudson felt she needed a little upgrade to look her best.

And according to a report, the “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” babe went under the knife recently, getting a breast augmentation surgery.

An inside source told press that a plastic surgeon gave Kate a small boob job last month, helping her to look noticeably fuller up top.

A friend of the actress told press, “Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities.
