Jon & Kate Gosselin: No Child Labor Charges

They’re no strangers to drama, but it looks like Jon and Kate Gosselin won’t be the subjects of a child labor investigation after all.

According to a report, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry will not be pursuing legal action against the producers of the Gosselin’s TLC show.

Jon tweeted, "Kate and I were doing what was best for our family. And it gave us an opportunity to spend quality family time together."

He added, "The allegations made today by Kevin and Jodi Kreider have not been my experience at all during the production of Jon & Kate Plus 8."
