Kate Beckinsale Drops By “Chelsea Lately”

Taking care of some media duties, Kate Beckinsale was spotted paying a visit to “Chelsea Lately” last night (January 19).

The “Serendipity” hottie was in the house to promote her new movie “Underworld: Awakening,” and chatted with Chelsea Handler about her transition into an action hero.

“I went on a meeting, and someone said, ‘Well, she isn’t very tough,’ and I thought, ‘Well, I’ll have to do something about that,’ and then it all got completely away from me.”

Chelsea asked Kate if all of her “Underworld” training has made her into a fierce street fighter. “I’d like to think I can [fight]. I probably couldn’t, but it does make me feel a bit like, ‘Yeah, really? Okay, bring it!’ But I don’t think so.”
