She score a huge win as the first African American woman to ever take top honors on “Dancing with the Stars” and Amber Riley was thrilled to talk about her victory on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday (November 27).
Joined by pro partner Derek Hough as well as runners up Corbin Bleu and Jack Osbourne, the “Glee” actress shared, “It meant a lot to me. Man, it was hard. It was something I’ve never done before and I put myself in a position to do something new and hard every single week. Every single week I was learning something I didn’t know. It was a very uncomfortable position to be in but I pulled it out.”
Kicking off the semi-finals with a bang, the remaining five couples on “Dancing with the Stars: All Stars” performed two new dances in one night.
On Monday’s (November 19) episode, the dancing duos first had to mix unusual themes and styles together for a unique act, before later performing a more traditional ballroom number while paying tribute to Michael Jackson’s hit album, Bad.
Gearing up for the new fall season, ABC held its 2012 Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour in Beverly Hills on Friday (July 27).
The network paraded out all their stars for the event, which included "Dancing with the Stars" cast members Cheryl Burke who wore a slinky black dress with heels and a gold cuff bracelet and Karina Smirnoff who posed in a cream-colored sequined dress. They were joined by new "DWTS" all star cast member Pamela Anderson.
