One’s a box office heartthrob and a recent Oscar winner. The other is one of pop music’s sexiest and most beloved hit makers. Combine them in a thriller set in Costa Rica and it’s somewhat easy to start sniffing the sweet smell of (even more) success. At least that’s what Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake are hoping.
A clip from their upcoming collaboration, “Runner Runner” is now online. In it, the two meet on a yacht and talk mysteriously about business. The trailer for the movie was released recently as well.
They sang “Bye, Bye, Bye” for the last time nine years ago, but all signs indicate NSync will be saying “hi, hi, hi” again, as they reunite for a musical performance Sunday (August 25) on the MTV Video Music Awards.
Joey Fatone denied the reports when asked about it Thursday (August 22), but now his father, Joseph Fatone Sr., has apparently let the cat out of the bag. He told RadarOnline, “Not only is the band going to reunite at the VMAs, they’re doing a performance.”
The New York Post reports that Justin Timberlake will be joined on the Barclays Center stage by former boy band mates J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick for a special performance.
