Justin Bieber's Madison Square Garden Excitement

Looking to have fully recuperated from his recent medical woes, Justin Bieber was in high spirits while spotted leaving his hotel in New York City on Tuesday (August 31).

Having just recently canceled a show at the New York State Fair due to an illness, the "One Time" singer was all smiles as he waved to fans en rout to Madison Square Garden.

Tweeting his utter excitement, the 16-year-old wrote, "IM HYPED!!! MADISON SQUARE GARDEN!!!!"

Sounding as if he has something special in store for the crowd this evening, Bieber tweeted a few minutes earlier, "IM FEELING GREAT!!! LET's MAKE SOME HISTORY NYC!! MORE SURPRISES THAN EVER TONIGHT!!! THANK U ALL!! 2nite a dream becomes REAL!!"
