Justin Bieber Treats His Lil' Sis to a Shopping Spree

He comes from a tightly knit familial background, and Justin Bieber further strengthened his sibling relationship as he took his little sis to do some shopping at Target before grabbing a Subway lunch in Woodland Hills, California on Wednesday afternoon (July 25).

Clad in a black stocking cap, aviator shades, gray tee and white jeans, the "Boyfriend" singer played coy to the impending shutterbugs - all the while making sure to keep his hands clasped with adorable Jazmyn.

Meanwhile, it looks as if the law is on Justin's side, as Pauk Raef - one of the paparazzos caught chasing after him on an LA freeway - has recently been charged with misdemeanor offenses.

According to authorities, Raef engaged in reckless action in hopes for financial gain and, for that, he faces up to a year in jail and a hefty $3,500 fine.
