Julie Bowen: Hottie in Hawaii

Thoroughly enjoying the island life, Julie Bowen was spotted frolicking in the ocean in Maui, Hawaii yesterday (March 11).

The “Modern Family” actress in the Island State as her hit sitcom has been filming on location there, affording her plenty of beach time when she’s not at work.

Speaking of the show, Julie explained that she likes her character Claire, though she’s a little more formal than Bowen in real life.

“Claire doesn’t like to wear sneakers apparently. I’m fighting for her to wear more sneakers but yeah, TV people are always going to be a little bit more pulled together than non-TV people. But she’s pretty casual.”
