John Travolta Triumphs Over John Doe #2

It has been a good week for John Travolta, as the second accuser in his sexual battery case has dropped his charges.

The man known as John Doe #2 has retracted his claim that the “Face/Off” star sexually groped him during a massage session earlier this year.

This news comes after John Doe #1’s story that Travolta made advances on him fell apart, thanks to photographic evidence that he was in NYC, not Los Angeles, at the time in question.

Gloria Allred, who was hired by John Doe #1 yesterday, told press her client may still pursue legal action.

"Mr. Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, which means that he is still legally entitled to file a lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time."
