Jessica Simpson’s New Show Goes Bust

She’s been talking up her new reality show “The Price of Beauty” for months, but Jessica Simpson couldn’t generate much in the way of viewers.
According to a report, the VH1 program only scraped in about one million people who cared enough to see the show.
By comparison, it was beat out by a rerun of “NCIS,” TruTV’s “Operation Repo,” and the History Channel’s “Pawn Stars.”
Adding insult to injury, the critics across the board have panned “The Price of Beauty” for being “dopey and clueless,” and “sweet on the outside and a little empty on the inside.”
