Getting in full swing when it comes to promotional duties, Jessica Alba was spotted out for a photo shoot in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday afternoon (August 26).

Proudly flaunting her beautiful backside, the always-sexy actress was all smiles as she toted a few Billy Jealousy bags while chatting with a pal following the day's work duties.

Having premiered her new movie "Machete" the previous night, Miss Alba was asked by MTV News who she would choose as her top lady ally.

Making the safe choice of one of her castmates, Jess answered, "Michelle [Rodriguez]! [Michelle's character in the movie] and Robert Rodriguez,. Because he's a genius and he's amazing."

Also commenting on her other co-star, Lindsay Lohan, the 29-year-old said, "She's so good in this movie. I can't wait for people to see [her in] it."

"Machete" makes its way into theaters next Friday, September 3rd.
