Jeremy Renner: Marked for "Mission: Impossible 4"

His star just keeps rising, and now Jeremy Renner has been tapped to star in the forthcoming “Mission: Impossible 4.”

The “Hurt Locker” actor will join veteran action stud Tom Cruise in the new installment of the spy thriller series.

According to Gossip Cop, Renner was selected for the gig in an attempt to “infuse new blood” into the franchise.

In addition, Renner will also be starring in “The Raven,” “The Master,” and the much anticipated superhero flick “The Avengers.”
