Jennifer Lopez Talks “American Idol" on "Today"

She’s always reevaluating her career to make the best decisions, and Jennifer Lopez may be getting ready to pull the plug on her gig at “American Idol.”

The “On the Floor” songstress paid a visit to the “Today” show this morning (July 12) to plug her new movie “Ice Age: Continental Drift,” but the conversation quickly turned to her future as an AI judge.

Jennifer noted, “Maybe it’s time for me to go. “It’s a tough decision either way, but I have to say there are so many things I do that I put on hold for that. It’s a heartbreaking decision if I’m gonna have to go.”

Lopez continued, “I love everybody, I love all the guys on the show, I love the family that’s there… but I am thinking that maybe it’s time for me to go and do other things I really love to do.”
