The "Gimme More" singer and family were closely guarded as they exited their private plane - quickly being loaded up and whisked away in an awaiting van.

After months of hard work and careful living, Britney Spears was spotted arriving at an at the airport in McComb, Mississippi today (February 27) in anticipation of kicking off her tour next week in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The "Gimme More" singer showed up at the airport, located about 15 miles from her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana, looking fit and pretty in a red top and black skirt.

As she embarks on her massive comeback tour, Britney Spears is hopeful to have her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James along for the ride. But according to Kevin Federline's attorney, nothing has been set in stone just yet.

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, Britney Spears’ son Jayden James was hospitalized yesterday during a visit to her Kentwood, Louisiana home. And according to reports, he’s doing just fine.
A source told press that Jayden had, “a terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable.” When asked what caused the reaction, the source replied, “They’re just not sure.”
