Taking matters into a court of law, Jose Angel Santana is claiming he was “wrongfully terminated” after giving James Franco a D in his class.
The former New York University professor slammed the “127 Hours” actor with a D because of his lack of attendance – he missed 12 out of the 14 classes.
Santana told the Post, "In my opinion, they've turned the NYU graduate film degree into swag for James Franco's purposes, a possession, something you can buy."
He continued, “The university has done everything in its power to curry favor with James Franco” and added that other teachers played favroites to Franco, including a man named Jay Anania- who James hired to write and direct the movie “Shadows & Lies.”
