What started out titled “Nailed,” has now become the much-anticipated political romantic comedy “Accidental Love,” and Millennium Entertainment has just released a preview trailer. The forthcoming project stars Jessica Biel, Jake Gyllenhaal, James Marsden, Tracy Jordan and Josh Brolin and was originally directed by David O Russell, though he wasn’t the one to complete the movie.
Per the synopsis, “A socially awkward small-town receptionist has a nail accidentally shot into her head by a clumsy workman, eliciting wild sexual urges. The uninsured Joyce goes on a crusade to Washington to fight for the rights of the bizarrely injured. She meets an immoral congressman who takes advantage of her sex drive and capitalizes on her crusade as Joyce heads into her own career in politics.”
We’re just into November and already the awards show season is well-underway, and on Saturday (November 8) the AMPAS Governors Awards took over the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center.
Jennifer Aniston and her handsome fiancé Justin Theroux were in fine form as they enjoyed all that the evening had to offer. One eyewitness told press, "Every time I saw them they were touching. She would lay her head on his shoulder while the different honorees were speaking onstage and put her arms around him. He also was holding her hand at the table, and I saw him lean over and kiss her a couple of times."
