It was a massive night for “Hills” fans all over the world, and as the MTV reality show came to a close for good, the final scene left viewers wondering how much of the show was actually real.
Brody Jenner explained, "The thing is, as you saw on the end — what's real and what's fake, you don't know. Our relationship, the entire time could have been fake. That's one of the questions: what was real and what was fake, and we left it [open]."
Bringing an end to their hit MTV series, the past and present stars of "The Hills" gathered together at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California on Tuesday (July 13).
As the final episode aired on MTV, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port joined up with Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Stephanie Pratt, Holly Montag, Lauren Bosworth, Brody Jenner and numerous others connected to the show to celebrate its successful tenure.
Drawing an end to their hit MTV franchise, it has been announced that "The Hills" will come to a close with the upcoming sixth season.
Set to premiere on April 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, creator Adam DiVello told EW, "I think we've told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A. A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths."
