Holly Madison: St. Patrick’s Day Sexy

Making the most of the St. Patrick’s Day holiday, Holly Madison was spotted at O’Sheas Casino in Las Vegas yesterday (March 17).

The former “Girls Next Door” starlet hammed it up with Lucky the Leprechaun as shutterbugs snapped up pictures.

As for her former castmate Kendra Wilkinson’s new “Dancing with the Stars” gig, Holly has offered some friendly advice.

Madison shared that Kendra should ask the soundman for his extra moleskin ear cushions. “You put them on your feet before you put your shoes on and it helps to keep blisters away.”
