Hilary Duff Works Up a Sweat

Sticking to her routine fitness schedule, Hilary Duff was spotted leaving her personal trainer’s house in Los Angeles, California on Monday (July 26).

The former “Lizzie McGuire” gal looked a bit worn-out as she emerged from her private session after having worked up a good sweat.

In related news, just last month Miss Duff purchased a five-bedroom, five-bath Georgian Colonial home in Studio City, CA for a cool $3.85 million

Sounds like a great starter home for Hil and her hockey-player fiance, Mike Comrie!
