Hilary Duff & Mike Comrie's Los Angeles Shopping Spree

Keeping up with her crazy schedule, Hilary Duff was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (September 15).

The “War, Inc” actress hit up a nail salon and spa with her sister Haylie for some family bonding and pampering followed by a little retail therapy with husband Mike Comrie.

And though she has a bun in the oven, Ms. Duff isn’t throwing away her fitness goals- she’s been working with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to stay in shape.

Pasternak told press, “We go no impact, no hyper bouncing, and plyometrics. You also want to back off stretching quite a bit. Women become hyper flexible when they’re pregnant.”

“In the second trimester, [we're staying] away from any exercises where she’s lying on her back and that could put pressure on her midsection. We just go lighter and higher reps on certain exercises. So there’s nothing pressing against the stomach and breasts.”

“Her goals are to look great and feel great, especially now that she’s pregnant. [She'll be] an amazing mom! She’s a Texan girl! She’s got a lot of Southern hospitality, very sweet, very welcoming. She’s got a great balance in life.”
