Heidi and Spencer's Valentine's Day Divorce

They’re known for their drama seeking ways, so it comes as no surprise that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will be officially divorced on Valentine’s Day.

The former “Hills” stars separated a few weeks back and Miss Montag filed for divorce on July 30th.

Her lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, confirmed to TMZ that Mr Pratt has signed the paperwork confirming that he was served with divorce papers on August 13.

According to California law, Heidi must wait 6 months after Spencer was served in order for their divorce to be finalized - with February 14th being their official split date.
