Heidi and Spencer Pratt: Dropping Lawsuit

Coming in as no shocker, Heidi and Spencer Pratt are dropping the sexual harassment charges and will not be to suing Adam DiVello.

Earlier in the month, the reality TV couple claimed “The Hills” creator sexually harassed Ms Montag and they planned to take legal action against him.

An MTV rep then released a statement, saying, "We have looked into this matter and the allegations made against Adam DiVello are completely false and without merit. Adam not only created The Hills and The City, launching the careers of several cast members, but has worked diligently to maintain a respectful and appropriate production environment."

And now, according to a source, “Heidi and [husband] Spencer [Pratt] have changed their minds and realized they should just move on."
