Showing off her shiny new hardware, Heather Locklear and fiance Jack Wagner were spotted leaving dinner at Farfalla Trattoria Italian Restaurant in Los Angeles, California over the weekend (August 20).

After enjoying a date with friends, the former "Melrose Place" co-stars exited the eatery hand-in-hand, as the 49-year-old actress proudly presented her fabulous rock for the nearby paps.

The newly-engaged pair played love interests to one another during their time on the 90s hit series before beginning their real life courtship four years ago.

Earlier this month, Heather's rep confirmed to the press that Wagner had popped the question and that the couple are readying to walk down the aisle.
