With the “Heroes” actress behind the wheel, she and her boxer beau attempted to avoid the paps as they left the Sunset Towers Hotel.

The happy couple was en route to the “Kiss-Ass” after party that followed the movie’s premiere in West Hollywood.

Mingling with celebs alike, Hayden and her man caught up with Brad Pitt, Tom Ford, Claudia Schiffer, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Chloe Moretz, among many others.
