Kate Winslet Wins Best Actress in a Miniseries Golden Globe

All prettied up for the red carpet festivities, Kate Winslet turned up for the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening (January 15).

Held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the "Mildred Pierce" actress donned a black and white Jenny Packham gown as she worked through the arrivals area before heading inside for the swanky ceremony.

With the night going as well as could have been hoped for, Miss Winslet walked away with another piece of hardware to add to her collection upon being chosen as Best Actress in a Miniseries or TV Movie for her work in "Mildred Pierce".

Along with selecting the tops in cinema, the show also chose Morgan Freeman to receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award for career achievement.
