The duo star in “Playing for Keeps,” a romantic comedy about a down-on-his-luck former soccer star who begins coaching his son’s soccer team in attempt to get his life together, all the while being pursued by attractive soccer moms.
Biel told Christina McLarty she enjoyed working with Butler. “He’s a super cool guy and I was lucky to be able to work with him, and I think everyone felt the same way, that he was great,” the 30-year old said. “Uma was great, Catherine and Judy, we just had such a good time and he fit in with all the girls.”
As for the scene where the handsome hunk will strip down, “I’m just naturally a beautiful man,” Gerard joked. “I was training for the movie because I was playing soccer, so I was kind of fit. It’s relatively easy for me to keep in shape.”
