After a busy start to her week, Eva Longoria took time to celebrate an accomplishment she is most proud of on Wednesday (May 22), as she received her Master’s Degree in Chicano Studies from California State University.
Sharing the exciting event with her fans and Twitter followers, the “Desperate Housewives” alum posted photos of herself with members of her family and classmates to her account.
"Very excited to graduate for my Master's degree in Chicano Studies! You're never too old or too busy to continue your education," she exclaimed.
The snapshots show the 38-year-old in her cap and gown with captions such as “My Chicano Studies cohort at CSUN! Graduation day!” and “In my cap and gown with mom and dad! I look like Harry Potter!”
Meanwhile, fellow celebs sent congratulations to the Texas native, who also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University. Her “Housewives" cast mate Marcia Cross said, "Huge congratulations on your graduation today!!!! From Canne to Cap and Gown. You are really something. Xoxo m."
