Emmy Rossum: LA Lovely

Out enjoying the beautiful west coast weather, Emmy Rossum was spotted out in Los Angeles, California on Friday (September 10).

The “Dare” actress looked cute in a dress and heels as she toted her cute pup, Cinnamon and politely gave the on-hand paparazzi a wave before heading on her way.

On the career front for Rossum, she is set to star in a new one-hour drama series called “Shameless” airing at the beginnig of 2011.

Emmy will play the sexually active daughter of the lead character, Frank Gallagher.
