The “Mystic River” babe looked sporty as she left the fitness center and stopped by a deli to pick up some delicious frozen popsicle treats.

Meanwhile, the Counting Crows front man chatted on his mobile phone while carrying bottled beverages on his way to work out.

In career news, Emmy has been working alongside William H. Macy in the new Showtime gig “Shameless!” set to debut Sunday, January 9th.
