Emma Roberts felt so terrified reading the script for her latest movie that she felt she had no choice but to sign up.
The 26-year-old actress agreed to star in 'The Blackcoat's Daughter' after the script scared her terribly and still had an effect on her a few hours later.
She said: "This movie is definitely actually terrifying, whereas 'Scream Queens' is more fun scary. This is definitely a psychological thriller.
"When I read the script I knew I had to do the movie because it literally kept me up that night and I kept getting really scared, more so after I read it, like, a few hours later. It stuck with me, which is how you know it's really gonna be scary."
She’s really come into her own as an actress and Emma Roberts is cute and confident in her front page shot for the January 2016 issue of Allure magazine.
The 24-year-old “We’re The Millers” actress chats about her decision to do an unretouched campaign for Aerie earlier this year- “[My 14-year-old half-sister Grace] came up to me and said, ‘Please don’t post that; people are calling me ugly on your Instagram.’” So she made sure the gig was photoshop-free.
Sporting a Dior dress and earrings, Ms. Roberts, who will be starring in “Scream Queens,” explained how she got interested in showbiz- “My mom and I would stay with my Aunt Julia when I was really young, so I grew up on sets. I just found this old Polaroid of me on the set of Erin Brockovich, in one of my Aunt Julia’s super-padded dresses from the movie, with the biggest smile on my face. I’d cry when I had to leave. I loved that it felt like camp.”
