Before he was a big budget action movie star, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a name for himself as part of the World Wrestling Entertainment roster.
And on Monday (December 28) the “Fast and Furious 6” hunk took to his Instagram account to announce he’s making a return to the WWE realm with a scheduled appearance at WrestleMania 32 on April 3rd, 2016 in Arlington, Texas.
Things just got even cuter at the Johnson household, as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson became a proud papa to a darling daughter on Wednesday (December 16).
The “Fast and Furious 6” hunk and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian announced the blessed news via Instagram, with The Rock writing, “I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more… IT’S A BABY GIRL!!”
He has fame and fortune coming out of his ears, but Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would rather be a dad to his 13-year-old daughter Simone than a movie star.
In his cover story for the August 2015 issue of Esquire, the “Fast and Furious” hunk explains, “I've lived with my longtime girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, going on, like, eight, nine years now. We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the success end, but then Lauren isn't mentioned and my daughter isn't mentioned. I always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there. You gotta get the better half in there. With all the cool sh*t and success that I've been lucky enough to get? That doesn't happen unless the home life is solid."
He’s done his best work in the ring or on the silver screen, but now Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has gained notoriety for snapping up a slew of selfies.
Last week, “The Rock” became a Guinness World Record holder for Most Self-Portrait Photographs Taken in Three Minutes following the UK premiere of his new flick “San Andreas” at London’s Odeon Leicester Square.
