Drew Barrymore Visits Dave, Vents About Awful Interview
Back out for another evening of promotional work, Drew Barrymore was all smiles as she arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City on Tuesday (August 24).
There for an appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman", the "ET" actress is in the midst of building hype for her upcoming film "Going the Distance" - which hits theaters on September 3rd.
Having attended the Nanette Burstein directed film's premiere in Los Angeles the previous evening, Drew opened up to the Evening Standard about an awful interview taking place at the red carpet event.
She tells, "You should have heard this b**ch I had to do an interview with before you. God, I wanted to punch her, she would just not drop the youth thing. I have no problem talking about it. I am not someone who is ashamed of my past. I’m actually really proud. I know I made a lot of mistakes, but they in turn were my life lessons."
Miss Barrymore continued to vent, “It’s actually good to get it done young and have a great life later. But yeah, man, I wanted to rip this woman’s face off. She just would not shut up about it.”
