Being recognized ahead of her concert, Demi Lovato was doted with an award for Unbroken album sales in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday (April 19).

Thanking the audience before breaking into "Skyscraper", an emotional Miss Lovato said, "I wanted to let you know as I am grateful for the support you gave me. When I was having serious problems I had to cancel my tour and not I could make it to Brazil. and in no time you were angry with me. You did not bring me down. Instead, you decided to support me and send me messages through Twitter and letters. Thank you."
