With the November 6th release date looming nearby, Daniel Craig and the rest of his Bond comrades are taking us on an adventure on the set of “Spectre.”
In a new Entertainment Weekly featurette, director Sam Mendes explains why he felt it would be helpful to give viewers a look into James Bond’s backstory- “[Author Ian] Fleming wrote about a boy who lost his parents at age 11. What happened? I felt there was another opportunity there to take him from 11 to adult.”
He’s gearing up for the November 6th release date of “Spectre,” and Daniel Craig is hotter than ever on the cover of the October 2015 issue of Esquire magazine.
The “Casino Royale” stud told the publication that he “wants to bring weight and meaning” to the role of James Bond in the 24th film of the franchise. “Hopefully my Bond is not as sexist and misogynistic as [earlier incarnations]. The world has changed. I am certainly not that person. But he is, and so what does that mean? It means you cast great actresses and make the parts as good as you can for the women in the movies.”
