Jennifer Aniston Goes to “Cougar Town”

We’ve all been waiting eagerly, and tonight (September 22) Jennifer Aniston makes her big splash on “Cougar Town.”

The “Rumor Has It” babe will guest star on her “Friends” costar Courteney Cox's gig, set to hit the ABC airwaves at 9:30/8:30 central.

In the season premiere episode, Jen plays Jules’ therapist, leaving unlimited potential for an encore appearance later in the season.

Executive producer Bill Lawrence explained that it was very lucky that Aniston agreed to the gig. "I generally say things and then hope that they're going to happen. I announced last year that Jennifer Aniston was doing the show having never spoken to her or her representatives."
