Lending their musical talents to one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the year, Coldplay's tune “Atlas,” will be featured on the soundtrack of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” The band just a released a lyric video in support of the tune as well, check it out below!
The moody ballad was written specifically for the film and references Katniss’ (Jennifer Lawrence) weapon of choice, a bow and arrow. It also seems to refer to the political unrest erupting in the nation of Panem. The film finds Katniss and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) adjusting to life as victors following the events of the Hunger Games. But then they’re thrown back into the arena for the 75th annual games.
