Christina Hendricks (born May 3, 1975) is an American actress best known for her starring role as Joan Holloway in the AMC cable television series Mad Men, and as Saffron in Fox's short-lived series Firefly.
She scored a career-making role in the AMC series “Mad Men” and now that the show is over, Christina Hendricks misses playing Joan Holloway.
In her interview with LA Confidential, the gorgeous actress explains how it felt for her to shoot the final episode and then see the show wind down on television months later- “It’s sort of like when you finally get over a breakup, and then they come back and they want to go out on a date again, and you’re like, Wait a minute—I got over you! No, I don’t think I’ll ever get over it.”
As one of the most beautiful women on television, it’s no wonder Christina Hendricks was tapped to introduce the brand new all-aluminum 2016 Jaguar XF in Manhattan’s Flatiron District today (March 31).
The “Mad Men” actress wore a stunning red pantsuit and strawberry blonde coif as she made her rounds at the New York Auto Show, posing for photos and greeting guests.
With so many different designers from which to choose, a slew of celebrities selected Zac Posen’s runway presentation for their Monday night (February 16) destination.
“Teaching Mrs. Tingle” starlet Katie Holmes headed over to the Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall and sat front row along with Rihanna and Christina Hendricks as Posen’s pretties paraded past in his Fall 2015 offerings.
She rocks the crimson coif like nobody else, and Christina Hendricks was just named the new face of Nice & Easy by Clairol.
The “Mad Men” beauty credits the hair dye with helping her get her start in Hollywood- “Clairol took me red, and I was absolutely thrilled. I loved it so much, I still actually have the picture from the shoot. I went back to my agency and said ‘I’m staying red, this is it, I love it.’ And they let me!”
Kicking off the week with a swanky evening out, Christina Hendricks and Geoffrey Arend got all gussied up and headed over to the New York Hilton.
The “Mad Men” starlet and her handsome hubby were in the house for the 2014 International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Awards, and Christina turned heads in her strapless navy gown with a massive bow on the neckline.
