Chris Klein DUI Details

As details continue to emerge involving his late-night DUI arrest, it is now being reported that Chris Klein was breathalyzer results were far from the legal limit.

According to TMZ, the “American Pie” actor blew .20 on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles, CA, where the legal limit is .08.

This marks Mr Klein’s second DUI bust in the last 6 years, and his bail has been set at $25,000.

Apparently, the only passenger in the vehicle at the time of the arrest was the actor’s dog, who was later retrieved by a friend of Klein’s.
