Taking his anger to a whole new level, Charlie Sheen is now suing Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre for $100 million.
The “Hot Shots” star is also suing on behalf of the “Two and a Half Men” cast and crew, asking for punitive charges.
Sheen’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said in a statement, “Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, Two and a Half Men, in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct.”
On the contrary, Lorre’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told The Hollywood Reporter, “Chuck is very concerned for Charlie’s health. We all believe Warner Bros. did the right thing given the situation Mr. Sheen created.”
