Channing Tatum is an American actor and former model. While modeling he appeared in ads for Abercrombie & Fitch, Nautica, Dolce & Gabbana, and Emporio Armani. His most popular movies include Coach Carter, She's the Man, Step Up, and Step Up 2 The Streets.
His new movie “Magic Mike XXL” is already stirring up all kinds of excitement and Channing Tatum may even consider doing a Vegas show down the road.
In his cover story for Vanity Fair, the “She’s the Man” actor explained, "I started dancing at Joy, a nightclub in Tampa. The group was called Male Encounter." And just like his character in the flick, the party eventually came to an end- "They've been acting like they've been on spring break for 15 years. Now the ride's over. Everybody's sobering up, having to figure out what they're going to do with the rest of their lives."
Stepping out for some promotional duties, Channing Tatum paid a visit to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night (June 23), plugging his new film “Magic Mike XXL.”
And of course, the late night host couldn’t resist goading his guest into playing a round of “Kid Theater,” in which a bunch of kids were asked to write scripts based on what they thought a movie called “Magic Mike” might be about.
Always up for a good practical joke, Channing Tatum put on a grandpa disguise and showed up at a promotional event for his new movie “Magic Mike XXL” in Los Angeles.
The “She’s the Man” hunk posted a video online and explained, “I’m rounding out the boys to go to the premiere of Magic Mike XXL, and I want you to come with me. So to give you a little preview, we’ve gathered an unsuspecting group of Magic Mike fans and we’re going to show them the movie in 3D.”
