Much to the concern of her family members, Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's mother, has been reported "missing."
The Jackson family matriarch's nephew, Trent Jackson, reported on Saturday (July 21st) to police that family members were unable to reach his grandmother all week.
However, former Jackson Five member, Jermaine Jackson claims that his mother is simply "resting up" in Arizona. He tweeted on Friday, "I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us."
He continued, "This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period."
The disappearance comes at a suspicious time. Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet, and Rebbie Jackson released a letter on Wednesday claiming the king of pop's will was "fake, flawed and fraudulent," that the signature on the will was forged, and that the lawyers lied to get their mother to increase the attorneys' share of the estate income.
The disinherited siblings demanded Jacko's lawyers resign as executor's of the estate.
The letter blamed the lawyers' actions for 82-year-old Katherine's recent health issues, adding "on top of that, we've just found out she recently had a mini-stroke."
According to Mrs. Jackson's attorney, Sandra Ribera, she flew to Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 15th for a Jacksons' brothers concert with her oldest daughter, Rebbie. However, Michael Jackson's daughter Paris has been unable to reach her grandmother and legal guardian by phone.
This morning (July 22nd), 14-year-old Paris tweeted, "Yes, my grandmother is missing. i haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now."
The eldest child of the "Thriller" singer hinted at foul play when she later tweeted, "the same doctor that testified on behalf of dr murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother... just saying."
