Zac Efron: Moving On Up?
Dressed casually in a “New York Love” t-shirt, jeans and a beanie cap, Zac Efron was spotted checking out a little real estate on Monday afternoon (August 18).
Making his way to Hollywood Hills, the Disney hunk looked at a new house in the area - as he’s said to be considering making a move out of his current apartment into something a little more spacious.
As reported by Gossip Girls, Efron spent the previous evening as a presenter at the 2008 ALMA Awards in Pasadena.
Zac joined up with his “High School Musical” co-star Ashley Tisdale onstage, with the two enjoying a dinner outing at Bob’s Big Boy to wind down from their red carpet evening.

What leads you to believe that he’s checking out real estate? Where is the Realtor? I think he’s just visiting someone there who has kids. Note the Hot Wheels sticker.
Sort of like the “flying out of Burbank” story last week “with his brother” when it was not his brother, but Rob Pinkston, his co-star from The Derby Stallion.

That is Beverly DeAngelo’s house Zac is leaving and it’s not on the market. She bought it from Dan Aykroyd earlier this year. Also, that’s an autographed picture of Beverly that Zac is carrying.
