Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal Split… Again
For the second time, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have put an end to their tumultuous relationship. And it looks as if this may have been the final go at a romance that’s been anything but steady.
The two were last together at a press conference for Rendition at Toronto’s Film Festival, barely making eye contact the entire time. Keeping their distance from one another, it seemed quite obvious the two were not on good terms.
The morning after their press duties and the movie’s premiere, Jake and Reese left Toronto separately. She flew off to Los Angeles, while he headed to New York City.
And while the two camps will most assuredly not comment on the matter, a sense of confirmation was offered by an insider close to the couple. The source told Us Weekly, “Reese told Jake it’s best they don’t talk at all.”
But, then again, with these on-again/off-again types, you just never really know what’s gonna happen.
