Wedding Bells Ring For Katharine McPhee
We all knew it was only a matter of time… Katharine McPhee has accepted a marriage engagement from her year-long boyfriend Nick Cokas.
She’s nineteen years his junior, but there’s just something about these two that seems to transcend the age gap. And the American Idol runner up is thrilled to be sporting some left-hand bling from her man.
A source close to McPhee told press, “Katharine is bubbling over with excitement for her upcoming wedding. She is all smiles when she talks about the planning. It sounds like everything is going very smoothly.”
It just goes to show that a little chivalry can go a long way. The happy couple fell in love when Nick gave Katharine a ride to a gig that proved to be monumental. “He took me up to my San Francisco (Idol) audition. We totally fell in love.”
“He just makes things really fun…we love business. We love going to meetings together and create things together.”
There’s no word yet on the official date, but rest assured, we’ll let you know as soon as there is.
