Vivica A. Fox Faces DUI Charge

The successful actress, Vivica A. Fox, faced the music this week after being pulled over and arrested for drunken driving.

”Fox was originally pulled over for going fifteen mph over the speed limit while passing a patrol car,” said California Highway Patrol Officer Leland Tang.

“Upon pulling her over, the patrolman gave Fox a sobriety test which she failed,” Tang reported. “A breathalyzer test revealed that the star had a blood-alcohol content higher than .08 percent, the legal limit.”

Fox has had roles in Kill Bill: Vol. 1 , Soul Food, and Independence Day. She also was a contestant on last year’s Dancing With The Stars. Fox’s new show, Missing, is on the Lifetime network.

After being released from jail early Wednesday, Fox has refused to comment on her actions and the court date for her crime has yet to be set.
