Victoria Beckham: Big Dreams For Romeo
With all this moving to America, the Beckhams have embraced the changes like champs. And they’re hoping their son Romeo will be a champ in his own way: surfing.
Posh has been open about her aspirations that her four year old son will take up the west coast’s most popular watersport. And why not? After all, her hubby is a sporting stud.
"I’m really excited. David is really looking forward to what he’s going to be doing, and so are the kids because they love the idea of going to the beach for the day. Can’t you just see Romeo as a surfer?”
Victoria is also looking forward to being in close proximity to Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. The Beckham’s move to LA will put them minutes away from Scientology’s most popular couple.
“I really like Katie, she’s sweet and we speak on the phone about fashion and the kids - her daughter Suri has just started walking. We talk about what she’s doing script-wise and she’s helped me research the boys’ schools.”
And she’s coming to the defense of TomKat, having dealt with negative press herself over the years. “All this talk about a marriage crisis with them is as true as a marriage crisis with us. People just don’t want to believe that they’re nice people and they’re happy together. Just like people don’t want to believe that about me and David.”
